this time, we have now ceased offering individual packets of vegetable
seeds with the exception of our famous heirloom tomato seeds. Due to the
current state of the economy, we are finding that the majority of our customers
are asking for sets of seeds that will allow them to grow enough vegetables
to help reduce the cost of groceries. We are now focusing on offering sets
of vegetable seeds to our customers at an affordable price that will allow
them to grow their own food. These sets of seeds are
also very storable and can be used over the course of several growing seasons.
Not only are these sets a great value in price compared to buying individual
packets of seeds, but the produce they will yield for you will give you
an even greater savings off your grocery bill. With this in mind,
at this time, we will no longer be offering individual packets of vegetable
seeds for individual sale with the exception of our heirloom tomatoes.

Purple Beauty Bell Pepper Origin: United States Item #: BELL003 This is a beautiful and very rare purple bell pepper that produces blocky 3 by 3 inch colorful bell peppers that begin as an emerald green and mature to a stunning Eggplant purple in color.Purple Beauty is the best open pollinated purple bell pepper on the seed market due to its beauty, reliability, high yield and disease resistance. This bell pepper variety is resistant to TMV (Tobacco MosaicVirus) and is very easy to grow in virtually any climate. The peppers are produced in great numbers on compact bushy plants reaching approximately 45 centimeters in height. The peppers are produced, not only the crown of the plant, but also on each limb of the pepper plant. Having very thick, meaty walls, this bell pepper is ideal for slicing, stir fry or adding color to salads. This is an absolutely GORGEOUS bell pepper variety! Matures in 70 to 75 days.  
California Wonder Bell Pepper Origin: United States Item #: BELL001 The California Wonder Bell Pepper is a popular commercial producer with a great deal of history! It is an excellent stuffing pepper that is a sweet, flavorful, and a heavy producer of large bell peppers that begin their life as a beautiful jade green and mature to a rich scarlet red. This bell pepper can be grown easily in containers, making it ideal for the gardener with little space who still wants an abundance of magnificent bell peppers. 75 days to maturity. California Wonder was described by Maule's Seed as early as the 1920's, about which they say: "A wonderful pepper, not unlike Chinese Giant in size and blocky form. It is one of the largest peppers ever grown, being 4 to 4 1/2 inches average and often weighing one pound each, with extremely thick flesh of mild and sweet flavor. The glossy dark green skin turns to a bright crimson when the fruits are ripe. Flesh is very thick and the peppers are always sweet, crisp and tender." 
Chocolate Beauty Bell Pepper 
Origin: United States Item #: BELL006 Chocolate Beauty was a 1993 introduction from the now defunct PetoSeeds and is a standard sized bell pepper that produces medium-large, smooth, three to four lobed blocky shaped fruits that are approximately 4 inches high by 3.25 inches wide. The fruits start out a wonderful jade green color, but then mature to a gorgeous chocolate brown color with purplish-black highlights. Though mainly a novelty, in its green stage it is sometimes used commercially. Sells exceptionally well at farmers markets. Matures early and is very productive. 67 days. 
Keystone Giant Bell Pepper Origin: United States Item #: BELL002 The Keystone Giant Bell Pepper is an extremely large bell pepper variety that was developed from California Wonder, for not only its huge size, but also to be resistant to mosaic virus. This lovely giant has now been grown for a good many years and is widely adaptable to an assorrment of climates, although it was primarily developed for the Mid Atlantic region. This great pepper variety produces a large number of large, four inch by four and three quarter inch bell peppers with very thick walls. When immature, the Keystone Giant Bell Pepper is a lovely jade green and then ripens to a brilliant scarlet red. Due to its huge size and thick walls, this bell pepper variety is ideal for creating stuffed bell peppers. Due to its heavy foilage and large stems, the Keystone Giant Bell Pepper is also resistant to sun scald and is a great bell pepper for commercial shipping or market use. Matures in 75 to 80 days.
